- Provide peer support groups to assist individuals in achieving personal goals in treatment, employment, education, and other life-changing opportunities.
- Conduct detailed and accurate encounter notes and reports to document program measures.
- Promote a culture of recovery and empowerment within and outside the agency.
- Uphold the integrity of program goals and standards.
- Completed state-approved CCAR/WRAP training or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist certification.
- Self-identified current or former user of mental health or co-occurring services.
- Demonstrated understanding of Recovery Supportive Services.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Maintained sobriety/recovery for at least 2 years.
- Commitment to recovery, choice, empowerment, and community integration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trusting relationships with peers.
- Detail-oriented writing and organizational abilities.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel.
