Job summary
The VA Medical Center seeks an Onsite Copier Technician responsible for installing,maintaining,troubleshooting,and repairing MFD printer equipment.Key Responsibilities Install operateand maintain MFD printer equipment Diagnoseand resolve electro-mechanical issues Perform technical assessmentsand recommend solutions Provide technical trainingand product briefings Serve as the primary on-site customer contact Manage close service calls within SLA Maintain equipment performance to published specifications Communicate service status ETA updates to customers Complete all service documentation reporting Track parts usage inventory levels Maintain professional customer-facing presence Must-Have Qualifications High school diplomaor GED 2–5 years of field service or customer support experience Hands-on experience servicing printers copiersor imaging devices Strong electro-mechanical aptitude Valid driver's licensewith excellent driving record Abilityto lift up to 60 lbs frequently Computer proficiency administrative skills Strong customer serviccommunication skills
