As a Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer, you will guide and manage large-scale water infrastructure programs, provide technical oversight, and serve as Project Manager for initiatives. Your role will involve leading design tasks, ensuring quality integration of multidisciplinary engineering work, and supporting construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide large-scale programs and manage projects, providing technical oversight and integration.
  
• Quality Assurance: Act as the lead quality reviewer, ensuring cohesion and integrity in final design deliverables.
  
• Design and Development: Lead the creation of intricate technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
  
• Strategic Communication: Prepare detailed reports, direct clients effectively, and support construction projects with cost estimation and site inspections.
  
• Mentorship: Train and guide early-career engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure design.
  
• Expertise: Proficient in designing large diameter water distribution/transmission mains, sewage force mains, gravity systems, CSO, and storm water conveyance systems.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling. NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP certification is preferred.
  
• License: Licensed Professional Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic Region or eligible for license through reciprocity.
  
• Leadership: Strategic thinker with excellent mentorship capabilities and the ability to foster team development.
  
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage effectively in conferences and present complex information clearly.
