    Sales Manager in West Denver

    About the Role:

    As a Sales Manager with That 1 Painter, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled customer service and driving revenue while maintaining high standards. You'll be responsible for estimating and managing projects, taking ownership of every lead, project, and customer interaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sell residential and commercial painting projects
    • Hire and manage skilled subcontractors
    • Provide accurate project estimates and maintain budgets
    • Keep projects on time and within scope
    • Collaborate with crew leads to troubleshoot and resolve issues
    • Develop detailed schedules and operational plans for each job
    • Upsell additional services to maximize value for clients
    • Attend home shows, commercial trade events, and other networking opportunities

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven ability to drive sales
    • Independence and initiative in a fast-paced environment
    • Clean driving record and ability to travel daily
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Excellent communication abilities in person and in writing
    • Tech-savvy approach to using mobile and computer tools
    • At least 3 years of B2B and B2C sales experience
    • At least 3 years of management experience

    Compensation & Perks:

    • Base + Commission: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
