In this role, you will be highly accountable for all retail store functions and will communicate and enact the company vision by leading day-to-day operations for the entire staff. Your focus will be on driving high performance within a fast-paced sales environment, enhancing both customer and employee experiences. You will participate in training courses and weekly leadership calls to ensure continuous growth.

All employees must attend and complete a 2-week New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of starting, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Additional online training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
