Role Description

We are actively seeking independent acquisition pros who know how to source, underwrite and package retail strip center deals — and want to be highly compensated when they close.

We are a fast-moving retail investment group focused on repositioning value-add retail centers in California and the Western US. If you live and breathe off-market dealmaking and want to plug into a platform that actually closes deals, let's talk.

How it works

You create the initial underwriting, package and present them to us

We close the deal together and you get paid a competitive acquisition fee

Ideal Candidate

• 2–10+ years in commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage or development
• Strong understanding of cap rates, debt, IRR, NOI, etc.
• Brings a pipeline of deal leads or boots-on-the-ground relationships
• Able to underwrite and deliver clean compelling deal memos
• Works independently and responds fast

Compensation

Performance-based acquisition fees, paid at closing

Potential to join deals long-term as a partner if the fit is strong
