We are growing and looking for Spot Welders to join our team.

Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process.

A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

Qualifications:

• Maintain and encourage a safe working environment and good housekeeping.
• Must work in an efficient and safe manner, adhering to all safety Policies and Procedures, to ensure high productivity and good quality.
• Maintain quality inspection plans and process tracking forms as required and to accurately complete all related paperwork.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to perform quality checks on product.
• Must follow inspection plans, routings, setup sheets, work orders, quality awareness boards.
• Ensure accurate scrap, production and / or any other reporting.
• Responsible for accuracy of counts for all production.
• Responsible to report all known error.
• Ability to identify problems and recommend resolutions.
• Ability to use proper measuring equipment.
• Associate adheres to all Management Systems, ie. Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental.
• Work as a Team Member in all situations.

Skill Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to operate provided welding equipment.
• Ability to safely operate various powered industrial lifting equipment and tools.

Position Summary and Objectives:

• Work in a safe manner through the adherence of company safety policies to layout and weld fabricated components for final assembly.
• Moderate physical effort may be required consisting of: lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of heavy material.
• Lift up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to withstand a minimum of 10 hours on a concrete surface.
