- Supervise the leasing process manage lease administration assist in maintaining high occupancy rates through effective property management strategies Conduct market research coordinate with potential residents foster resident retention ensure a seamless leasing experience for all stakeholders Qualifications Proficiency in managing administering leases including understanding lease agreements compliance Experience conducting market research analyzing market trends to enhance property performance Background property management focus resident satisfaction operational oversight Capabilities fostering resident retention building strong tenant relationships Excellent communication organization problem-solving skills Ability work effectively onsite collaborate team members residents Previous experience multifamily student housing plus
