- Knowledge of word processors or other computerized data entry on internal and external systems.
- Knowledge of filing and archiving of data manual as well as computerized.
- Knowledge of Federal laws and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) policies and procedures relating to records management.
- Responsible for maintaining and operating a computer system and/or network (i.e. electronic records management system (ERM system)).
- Two (2) years total experience in records management or knowledge management or two year experience with FOIA records management

- Experience in maintaining certifications related to the requirement of the position.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
