    General Summary of the Purpose of the Position


    Our Retail Marketing Agency is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our team to ensure projects get done on time and within budget.

    Our Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key players on our marketing team to make sure that each project gets the resources and attention it needs to be successful.

    The marketing coordinator will also be responsible for handling correspondence with clients and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track.

    Approach and Deployment (What to Do & How to Do It)


    • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing campaign results; assisting with preparation of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
    • Prepares marketing results by collecting and summarizing key performance indicators for marketing campaigns.
    • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
    • Supports marketing staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
    • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
    • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

    Minimum education, certification and experience requirements:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising


    Experience:
    0-1+ years' marketing, advertising or comparable business experience

    Knowledge


    • Microsoft Office suite of programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Knowledge of creative production process.
    • Familiarity with media planning and various marketing tactics.
    • Digital marketing and social media experience is required.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication

    • Organized and detail oriented.
    • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
