The Dean of Curriculum & Instruction helps lead the school's curriculum and instructional program by bringing the school's Theory of Action to life in daily practice.

- Conduct formal and informal classroom observations and provide ongoing, actionable feedback to strengthen instructional delivery and support student growth.
- Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to support high-quality unit planning, assessment design, and data analysis.
