- 10-hour shift
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades.
- Work on projects simultaneously and prioritize work, as required.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 3-8 years relevant work experience in a heavy commercial setting.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, machines, and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, electrical formulas, and handbooks.
- (Prefer) minimum of four (4) hours formal training on the NFPA-70E code, understand arc-flash dynamics, hazard analysis, and PPE requirements for potential hazards.
- Must have a current valid two forms of ID for employment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft computer applications used for compiling data and work records.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a quality team member in a demanding service environment.
- Ability to communicate with customers in a professional, effective manner.
- TDLR license required.
- Tradesman - must have 6-10 years' experience in a commercial setting.
- A must pass a pre-employment UA drug screen.
