    Lakeside is a premier, faith-based and trauma-informed organization providing innovative and quality educational and therapeutic services to school districts throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

    Lakeside also provides trauma training at an international level to schools, organizations, and professionals that serve trauma-impacted children and adults.

    Presently, Lakeside is receiving resumes and interviewing for the following position:

    CFO/Vice President of AdministrationSummary:

    This position is a far-reaching, complex, and pivotal role in a $26 million not for profit organization with 370+ employees currently in growth mode.

    Successful candidate must be a forward thinking, compassionate, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, people person who possesses a broad skill set. They also must be aligned with Lakesides organizational values and culture.
    Fifteen plus years experience in finance, accounting, and business management required.


    Responsibilities:


    The CFO is responsible forthe overall financial strategy of the company and for ensuring that the companys financial goals are met.

    This includes managing the companys financial team, overseeing the budgeting and forecasting process, and ensuring that the companys financial statements and reports are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

    The CFO also works closely with the President/CEO and the board of directors to make strategic financial decisions.


    Duties Include:
    Annual budget formulation including quarterly re-forecasts.

    Negotiate, secure, and manage contracts with all vendors for required services including:
    Insurances (liability and health)


    Vehicle leases and purchasesOffice equipmentCell phonesFood ServiceVoice and data servicesManage and oversee Accounting and Administrative staffParticipate in and add value to Sr.

    Management (VP and above) decisions and strategiesFinancial management of capital and/or growth projectsAdvise and assist all program leadership and staffEducation and Experience:
    Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related experience required, MBA preferred.
    Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics experience a plus.
