    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Tempe office. (This job is not remote)


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as Liaison or Main Contact / Coordinator with Client (City/Owner) and Contractor during construction projectsReviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the projectFacilitate Progress/Owner MeetingsPrepare Meeting Minutes and distribute to Project TeamInterpret and provide recommendations for the Prime Contract between Contractor and City/OwnerOversee Construction Contract Budget, Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by ContractorReview Cost Proposals from the Contractor / Provide recommendations to City/OwnerReview Contractors Schedules / Provide Comments to Contractor and City/OwnerBenefits The comprehensive benefits plan offered by Wilson Engineers exceeds industry standards, and is aimed at meeting each employee's personal and professional expectations.
