Blue Jay Dental is excited to offer a unique mentorship opportunity with a prestigious modern dental practice in Selma, NC. The practice is a state-of-the-art office that is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their team. As a new associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care in a modern, cutting-edge facility, while benefiting from mentorship and professional growth opportunities in collaboration with a dedicated team of dental professionals.
Work Schedule
Commitment: 4-5 days per week

This newly opened practice features beautiful operatories equipped with the latest dental technology. The office itself is absolutely beautiful, designed to create a welcoming and comfortable experience for both patients and staff. As a part of this rapidly growing facility, you'll be a critical contributor to its success, ensuring exceptional patient care while becoming an integral member of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care: Diagnose dental conditions using clinical examinations and radiographs.
Treatment Planning: Assess patient needs and collaborate with specialists when necessary.
General Dentistry: Provide a wide range of dental services, including exams, extractions, restorations, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and prosthetics.
Leadership: Mentor and supervise dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
Administrative Duties: Manage practice-related administrative tasks to ensure efficient practice management.
Qualifications
DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) or DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from an accredited institution
Valid North Carolina dental license and DEA certification
Significant experience in general dentistry
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care
