Job summary
We are seeking to add an experienced Production Supervisor for our facility in Orangeburg, SC area to oversee and direct our production team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities in our manufacturing facilities including but not limited to employee safety, product quality, housekeeping, 5S, production efficiencies,machine uptime,waste planning and scheduling,and timekeeping. This role will serve as a member of our leadership team reporting to the Production Manager,requiring discretion and independent judgement.
- 3+ years of experience in the blown-film manufacturing industry.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience preferably in a manufacturing environment; demonstrated experience leading training mentoring and/or developing other team members is required.
