This position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure a successful NetSuite implementation and ongoing system excellence. The Accounting System Administrator plays a critical role in enabling data integrity, operational efficiency, and the overall financial health of the organization.

  • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and manual workarounds; implement scalable solutions
  • Standardizing accounting workflows, policies, and procedures across teams
  • Document processes, controls, and SOPs
  • Proactively trouble shoot and resolve any NetSuite related issues

Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure accounting processes comply with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining strong process documentation and controls
  • Identify control gaps and partner with stakeholders to remediate issues

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to align processes
  • Serve as a key NetSuite liaison between accounting with other departments
  • Support new system implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives

  • Ability to speak English clearly, in a friendly manner, and at an appropriate volume over the company's provided phone system, Microsoft Teams, or in person as needed.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

While we encourage employees to apply even if they don't meet every listed qualification, please be aware that internal candidates who require additional training or development may be offered a starting salary on the lower end of or below the established range.
