- Good communication skills to field calls
- Salesforce to salesforce integration (need a pattern for it)
- Research and do a POC of different things.
- Experience with configuration side of custom objects, standard objects.
- Be a true liaison and SME to understand components.
- Focus on more on technical side of it
- Do have some integrations between salesforce and Splunk (as an ex)-Did a POC and show what an implantation would look like. Then act as a SME and
- Less than 50% coding for this role (don't need to be a top 10% apex coder)

- Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Component Development
- JavaScript, REST/JSON and XML integrations
- Process automation such as Flow, Batch/Async Apex
- Understanding of core Salesforce configuration including but not limited to Permissions, objects, fields, and user interface, specifically within Salesforce Sales/Service and Financial Services Cloud
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Knowledge of DevOps automation tools & practices (CI/CD)
- Collaboration skills to work with business partners and agile teams.
- Testing tools such as SOAPUI, Postman, Selenium
- Exposure to monitoring and logging techniques
- Knowledge on Salesforce Architecture design patterns
- High level knowledge of other Salesforce products outside of Sales/Service/Financial Services cloud
