    Casey Auto Group's Accounting Department is actively seeking a Title Clerk to join their team Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm


    Pay range:
    $18-$20 per hour


    Responsibilities:

    • Process title documents for multiple states, ensure taxes and title documents are accurate and complete.
    • Send paperwork, payoff checks to the appropriate agencies, such as the department of motor vehicles and finance companies.
    • Check for accuracy and completeness on all required forms. Additionally, vehicle title clerks will check for compliance to state regulations on vehicle sales and purchases.
    • Maintain files of sales through completion of titling/registering vehicle.
    • Maintain titles and MSOs to comply with state regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Title experience is strongly preferred.
    • Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
    • Ableto work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly organized and eagerness to improve.
    • Willingness to take initiative.
    • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily.
    • Ability to provide quality customer service.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
