    What youll doLead day-to-day Workplace operations in San Francisco, managing vendorrelationships, developing operational processes, and liaising with service providers todeliver an exceptional workplace experience.

    Champion Faires culture in San Francisco through impactful team-building initiatives,events and perks aligned with our mission and values, fostering a positive and inclusiveenvironment.

    Collaborate with the Global Workplace Team to scale workplace programs, develop policies, and implement employee experiences that align with our overarching strategies.

    Develop and implement tools, processes, and initiatives to efficiently scale workplace operations and enhance effectiveness.
    Oversee and manage the daily workplace food program, ensuring high-quality catering and event-based food programming.
    Ensure the safety and security of the workplace by establishing protocols and managing the execution of the safety programs.

    Act as a cross-functional partner, collaborating with various teams to understand their needs and ensure our workplace supports their objectives.

    QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, orrelated field; or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience in workplace management, facilities management, orrelated roles; ideally within a growing technology companyProven track record of successfully managing workplace operations and vendorrelationships.

    Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functionalinitiativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strongrelationships at all levelsPassion for creating exceptional workplace experiences and fostering a sense ofcommunityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities.

    Experience with Google Suite, Jira, Notion and Slack platformsSalary RangeSan Francisco, California:
    the pay range for this role is $101,000 - $139,000 per year.
    This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

    Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location.
