    About the Senior Manager,

    Account Management Position:

    The Senior Manager, Account Management is a member of the account management team responsible for overall client satisfaction through managing the day-to-day operational activities for the client.

    This position is accountable for supporting and monitoring program service delivery for clients working cross-functionally with all Avalon operational areas.

    This role may also manage a small portfolio of clients. The Senior Manager, Account Management reports to the Executive Vice President, Account Management.

    This position is eligible for remote work, but quarterly travel to the corporate office in Tampa, Florida may be required.

    Senior Manager, Account Management - Essential Responsibilities:

    • Build strong partnerships and rapport with key executives and managers within assigned set of client partners
    • Support Avalon Vice Presidents, Account Management by reviewing client performance and analyzing contract performance and financials
    • Upkeep of the internal CRM system
    • Manage client implementation change controls
    • Manage client contracts, facilitate deliverables, and drive initiatives if assigned a client directly
    • Support assigned contract renewals including amendment execution
    Senior Manager, Account Management - Minimum Qualifications:

    • 7+ years' experience in healthcare account management
    • Bachelor's degree or significant and relevant direct work experience in lieu of degree
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the week to client sites and providers, as needed
    • Ability to manage projects
    • Strong ability to use data to tell the story
    • Creative ability to problem solve
