POSITION SUMMARY
Austin Radiological Association is a nationally renowned radiology practice with a 65-year history of providing exceptional service and clinical care to the patients of Austin and Central Texas. ARA serves 20 hospitals and operates 17 outpatient imaging centers, including centers that offer general multimodality services as well as centers that focus exclusively on women's health. ARA is partnered with the Dell Medical School at the University of Texas to redefine how diagnostic testing is designed, delivered, and leveraged to improve health.
We are seeking to fill a partnership track position with a chest fellowship trained radiologist for the general radiology section. If hired, you will cover adult general radiology and provide expertise particularly in the field of chest radiology (i.e., chest ct, high resolution chest ct, ct airway studies) in outpatient and hospital settings. You will also need to be proficient in image guided procedures such as biopsies, FNA, drainages, and fluoroscopy. There will be 8-10 weekend calls, 2-3 overnight shifts, and 2-3 weeks of evening shifts per year.
