    Build a program within the Division of Surgical Oncology and the Department of Surgery
    Enjoy a 1:5 call schedule with no ED or trauma call responsibilities
    Teach medical students and residents as an integral part of the general surgery training program

    Create and develop a new colorectal surgery program from the ground up

    Practice broad-based general colorectal surgery, including benign and malignant disease
