We are hiring for an experience Recruiter in our Jeffersonville, IN office. This is a full-time internal position. Schedule is Monday - Friday; 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch.

Must have prior recruiting experience, must have strong time management skills, must be able to work independently and provide updates to Branch manager throughout the shift.

Must have strong communication skills, be able to work in a high volume office while handling multiple tasks at a time.

Must be able to grow business with our established clients and establish a strong relationship with new clients. Must be able to conduct a thorough interview with qualified candidates. Must have experience with Microsoft office as well as prior experience with applicant databases. Training will be provided on individual processes as well as on our specific applicant database. Must have reliable transportation and zero attendance issues especially within the first thirty days of employment.
