Job summary
The RN Admissions Nurse supervises, implements, coordinates and manages patient care through interpersonal contact with patients, families, nursing staff and others in accordance with all applicable laws.
+Responsibilities
- Provide hands on assessment care to patients during the admissions process
- Evaluate patients' needs assessment and initiate care plans upon patient admission and readmission
- Acknowledge orders timely to ensure timely receipt of medications and order implementation
- Maintain professional working relationships with all associates vendors etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary proprietary information+
