    Motiverende people manager met oog voor verbeteringsprocessen

    Functie

    Als eindverantwoordelijke van de operations coördineer je alle activiteiten gerelateerd aan productie van onze koekjes en gebak, kwaliteit, EHS, onderhoud en logistiek. Samen met de respectievelijke verantwoordelijken stuur je een 65-tal medewerkers aan in deze afdelingen. Je zet sterk in op de onderlinge samenwerking met het oog op het verbeteren van de efficiëntie.
    Met specifieke aandacht voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en veiligheid sta je in voor het opvolgen van het productieproces via KPI's en targets, en stuur je tactisch bij op het vlak van planning, mensen en middelen.
    Je zorgt voor een correcte vertaling van de doelstellingen en informatiedoorstroming naar je direct reports en ziet erop toe dat deze verder worden door vertaald naar de diverse teams. Je zorgt dat de feedback in beide richtingen kan gebeuren.
    Je zet de professionalisering van de afdelingen verder teneinde de fabriek op een kostenefficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle manier optimaal te laten draaien.
    Je bewaakt de kwaliteitsstandaarden en initieert de nodige acties om het gedefinieerde kwaliteitsniveau te behalen.
    Je staat in voor productiegerelateerde rapportages en formuleert voorstellen ter verbetering. Na goedkeuring initieer je deze verbeteringsprojecten en volg je ze op. Op die manier zet je mee je schouders onder de verdere groei, modernisering en digitalisering van het bedrijf en de productie.
    Je coacht en motiveert de medewerkers. Met je sterke communicatieskills en empowerment weet je je team mee te krijgen in een constructief proces van optimaliseringen. Je stelt en bewaakt grenzen en treedt naargelang de situatie corrigerend, ondersteunend en coachend op.
    Je rapporteert aan de gedelegeerd bestuurders en kunt afstemmen met de collega's van de vestigingen in Nederland.
    Profiel

    Je hebt een masterdiploma in een technische richting. Je hebt al leidinggevende ervaring opgedaan binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
    Je beschikt over de nodige technische bagage om de dagdagelijkse operationele activiteiten aan te sturen én te optimaliseren. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie zitten in je DNA.
    Bovenal ben je een inspirerende people manager die op de productievloer draagvlak creëert. Je weet talenten in te schatten, juist in te zetten en te ontwikkelen. Je bent kordaat om grenzen aan te geven.
    Je weet snel te schakelen en pakt zaken structureel aan. Je denkt en handelt oplossingsgericht. Je toont een brede betrokkenheid bij de organisatie met behoud van het familiale karakter.
    Je bent een initiatiefnemer, doorzettend en hands-on.
    Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels.
