We oversee the maintenance of over 600 single family homes, 250 multi-family dwellings and management of 75 HOA's with over 3400 doors in the Greater San Diego area.
As a sister company to Property Advantage, we work closely with our Property & Community Managers, Accounting and HOA divisions to provide owners with a hands-on approach to property management.
Together, we work as a team to seamlessly supply excellent property services in all facets of property management.Duties:
Maintenance Advantage is looking for a full-time Construction / Maintenance technician to assist with day-to-day work order requests unit turns, renovations and construction proposals throughout our San Diego & North County portfolio.
Services will include, but are not limited to:
Rekey, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry and Stucco.
