    ** Sr. Analyst, Finance - Supply Chain & Inventory**

    The Senior Financial Analyst of Supply Chain is a critical position responsible for supporting financial analysis and forecasting activities across the supply chain organization. This highly visible role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day business partnering with the supply chain team as well as driving best-in-class improvements in process and analytical capabilities.

    ****Ways you will make a difference****

    Be a passionate business partner for the Supply Chain team through the following activities:

    + Acquire deep understanding of the various business drivers behind manufacturing, procurement and logistics functional areas

    + Communicate actionable business recommendations and fact-based analytics, delivering against stated objectives

    + Support inventory control function including decision support for life cycle management, internal audit of cycle monthly inventory cycle counts, and evaluation of obsolescence and slow moving items

    + Provide decision support for contract manufacturing team while providing strong controls for inventory management and understanding cost opportunities with 3rd part contract manufacturers

    + Assist in the development of the fixed capital forecast and annual business/strategic plan

    + Support key month-end and year-end closing and control procedures including production order settlement process, physical inventory and external audit

    + Provide specific, actionable and forward-looking commentary on changes in the monthly/quarterly financial forecasts

    + Constructively challenge and question various business decisions offering alternative recommendations

    + Provide technical expertise and best-in-class process and control improvements to the Supply Chain team

    Participate and sometimes lead various finance-wide projects resulting in a well-controlled operating system projects will vary depending on business needs

    Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    Demonstrated leadership and drive for results through effective collaboration

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills

    Proven track record of driving change and process improvements

    Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

    Intellectually curious and a proven thought leader

    Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment

    Strength of character; must be tough-minded, able to deal with change and thrive in an environment that challenges the status quo

    ****Experiences that will support your success****

    Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, ideally with supply chain or plant controllership experience from a top CPG organization

    Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management

    SAP & Tableau experience strongly preferred
