    Overview:
    Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist. Solo practice setting with strong referral base. Work alongside an experienced part-time ENT. Strong Family Medicine referral network. Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Practice across two facilities totaling 133 beds. 24/7 hospitalist and emergency coverage. Broad service lines including surgery, orthopedics, women's health, and advanced diagnostics.

    Position Offers:
    Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th percentile plus wRVU production incentive. $50,000 sign-on bonus. $10,000+ relocation assistance. Student loan repayment assistance. $5,000 CME allowance. 25+ days PTO. Residency stipend. 401(k) retirement plan. Health benefits. Malpractice coverage with tail. No state income tax.     Requirements:
    MD or DO. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology. Eligible for Wyoming medical license. DEA with full prescriptive authority. Comfortable practicing independently in a solo setting.
