    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Surgeon to provide exceptional surgical care in a dynamic healthcare setting.

    Required Skills:
    Valid medical license and surgical certification for practicing in your state
    Proven experience in general surgery, including trauma, outpatient, and inpatient procedures
    Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, protocols, and safety standards
    Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure
    Effective communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


    Nice to Have Skills:
    Experience with minimally invasive or laparoscopic procedures
    Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
    Prior experience in academic or research settings
    Advanced certifications in trauma or emergency surgery


    Preferred Education and Experience:
    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
    Board certification or eligible for certification in general surgery
    Minimum of 3 years of surgical practice post-residency
    Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development


    Other Requirements:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts
    Travel reimbursements and licensing support when applicable
    Commitment to maintaining certifications and adhering to clinical guidelines
