    Role Overview:

    As an Accounting Consultant at BlueTek Resource Solutions, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with customer invoicing, deposit recording, and customer collections support. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing client Accounts Payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Your duties will also include managing vendor bills, credit card transactions, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Processing Client Invoices
    • Recording Customer Payments
    • Managing revenue entries
    • Handling sales tax documentation
    • Preparing sales tax reports
    • Networking for business prospects
    • Completing special projects
    • Processing vendor bills
    • Managing credit card transactions
    • Assisting in new vendor setup
    • Administering W-9 forms
    • Preparing 1099 vendor reports

    Qualifications Expected:

    • Minimum Associates Degree in Accounting, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Prior experience in bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
    • Familiarity with paperless work environments.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
    • Knowledge of firm products and services.
