Job Description:
Director of Surgical Services – 1 position 292 BedsOR - 18, not including C-section OR's, right now they go to Labor & Deliver (2 of 18 are C-section rooms)

Do not do open hearts, but do complex neuro, comprehensive stroke center.
Robotics - 6 XI robots, do Ortho there, heavy ortho spine, have Mazor robot.

Looking to grow ortho, neuro, spine, plus oncology, have GYN oncology that is a niche for them, heavy oncology presence there.

Volume – anywhere between 35-55 on average, busy day 52-55 casesHave about 4-6 Managers under the Director, reports to the COO

Director of Surgical Services – 2 positions 292 BedsOR – 17 (3 separate surgical areas4 of the 17 are CVOR's, 3 Burn ORs, & rest is main OR's.

All on 3 separate floorsSurgical volume – 7K inpatient at Chip & another 9K outpatient, all in 16KRobotics – 6 XI Robots, Mazor RobotOrtho still very strong, do a lot of ortho trauma volume, CVOR do 2-6 cases a day there, biggest challenge run into is to balance elective & trauma, lot of general, colol-rectal.
