We're building Forti, a premium, security-first transportation platform that partners with rental car agencies, private security firms and transportation companies to operate as service providers on our platform.We're looking for a Virtual Assistant with proven cold outreach experience to help us identify, contact and onboard qualified companies onto the Forti service provider waitlist.
This role is outreach-focused and requires comfort with cold emails calls and follow-ups Your goal is to introduce Forti professionally qualify interest and guide businesses towards joining our platform,

Researching identifying qualified rental car agencies private security firms chauffer/transportation companies Conducting cold outreach via email phone LinkedIn business contact forms Clearly explain Fortis value proposition partnership opportunity Qualifying companies based on services location capacity Inviting interested companies join the Forti service provider waitlist Tracking outreach responses follow-ups in spreadsheet CRM Maintaining consistent follow-ups with interested prospects,
Qualifications
Proven experience with B-to-B email calls or LinkedIn Experience as virtual assistant Outreach Specialist Lead Generation VA Strong written English (spoken English plus) Comfortable communicating business owners decision-makers Highly organized detail-oriented Experience using spreadsheets CRMs lead tracking tools Big Plus not required Prior experience working Security Companies Transportation Chauffeur Services Rental Agencies B-to-B partnerships vendor onboarding experience Success Metrics Number of qualified companie contacted Number of company added to the Fortis wait list Quality accuracy of outreaching tracking Professional representation of the fort brandJob description
