Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team at Colton RV & Marine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing various repairs on boats, including engines, electronics, cruise control, winterizing, and de-winterizing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with boat engines, electronics, and other systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
• Assist RV Technicians with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and other tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service by reading and understanding work orders to perform required repairs

Requirements:

• Marine Technician/Mechanic experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Marine Mechanic Certifications a plus
• Mercury and/or Yamaha Expertise preferred
• Ability to diagnose and fix mechanical issues
• Must have own tools appropriate to skill level
• Must have a valid Driver's License with clean, insurable, driving record
