    JOB ANALYSIS:
    Job requirements critical for success in the position: Knowledge, skills & abilities, strong work ethics, work experience, training, and education
    Candidate must have excellent customer service skills.
    Excellent Communication abilities on the phone and the radio.
    Strong attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask various requests.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Good time management skills.
    Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Good organizational skills.
    Possess exceptional teamwork skills.
    Dependability (minimal sick and personal days).
    Flexible attitude to adapt to changing circumstances.


    TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:
    1. Open, distribute and batching mail. Including, processing, and researching all returned mail.
    2. Roll and distribute blue bags for customers coming into the office.
    3. Open office door at 8:00 AM.
    4. Assisting customers with payments and other various requests.
    5. Calling customers for declined credit cards or expired cards for auto pay from monthly report.
    6. Various tasks that are requested by supervisor or assisting co-workers with various duties.
    7. Answer calls from the drivers on the radio.
    8. Front desk cash counter
    9. Various projects assigned by supervisor.


    Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen if Required by Client.
