- Medication management for a caseload of patients, including required documentation
- Coordinating care with outside providers and families
- Participating in treatment team meetings and weekly medication group
- Other responsibilities as needed (psychiatric assessments, restraint and seclusion coverage)
- Rotating back-up coverage

- ABMS Board Certified or Board eligible
- Graduated from ACGME or AOA approved training program

About Four Winds Hospital
Four Winds Hospital, with two scenic campuses in New York State, is the Northeast's leading freestanding provider of inpatient mental health treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. The Katonah campus sits on 55 acres in northern Westchester County.
Four Winds has been synonymous with mental health treatment for 100 years. The name was inspired from a passage in Ezekiel : "Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe upon these slain that they may live . . . and the breath came into them and they lived . . . and they stood on their feet."
In 1978, Dr. Samuel Klagsbrun purchased Four Winds. His mission was to provide the very best care to patients, and to make sure that every patient is treated with dignity and respect. Today, Dr. Sarah Klagsbrun, a board-certified child & adolescent and adult psychiatrist, continues her father's vision in her role as Executive Medical Director of Four Winds Westchester (178 beds) and Four Winds Saratoga (88 beds).
Inpatient units are housed in cottages, each with an adjacent playground or yard. There is an on-grounds school, creative arts therapies, and a recreation center. Treatment is tailored to the ages and needs of the patients.
Four Winds is a teaching hospital affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
