    Home Health PT - Apple Valley and Surrounding Areas Apple Valley Lucerne Victorville Adelanto Hesperia Oak Hills Phelan Pinion Hills Barstow and Helendale
    - Start Date: ASAP
    - Shift: 8hr Days *This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.*
    - Ratios: 1:1 *May visit up to 6 patients per day 30 productivity points standard
    - Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Home Health Experience
    - First-Timers Accepted: No
    - Weekend REQ: 1 Weekend Shift Per Contract
    - Certs REQ: BCLS
    - Skills REQ:
    - Is on-call REQ? No
    - Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
    - Open to accommodating block schedule? No
    - Locals Accepted: Yes Considered local within 50 mile radius will accept locals at the same rate
    - Pending License Accepted: Yes
    - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
    - Guaranteed Hours: Guaranteed Work Week per contract Client agrees to pay all weekly hours travelers will not be called off shifts

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
    - Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
    - System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50 miles.
    - Oasis is preferred but not required please note if candidate does not have Oasis experience
