MUST:
Experienced Transit Specialist/Business Support Specialist
5+ years of experience working closely supporting senior management and leadership
5+ years of experience managing meetings, taking detailed notes and publishing meeting minutes
Highly proficient in both PowerPoint and Excel and strong in MS office Suite
Strong data collection and reporting skills
Strong writing ability is required for the role
Experience working with Salesforce and/or SharePoint tools is highly desired
Experience with transit subsidy programs in the federal government highly desired
Excellent communication skills both
Highly Analytical with good problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills and able to work well with all sorts of people from management to sales to clients
Strong listener with good strategic questioning skills
Bachelor s Degree required or additional 4 years in related field
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will proactively provide support to the Account Management and leadership team to ensure best overall client experience
Ensure customer issues are dealt in an efficient manner and comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Ensure all processes and procedures are completed and quality standards are met
As directed, conduct reviews on accounts on regular basis to evaluate customers' demands and usage of account
Receive and answer concerns from customers or users in relation to the customer questions
Represent knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image to customers, vendors, leadership and handle business in a respectful and professional demeanor
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all systems, policies and processes associated with customer business
Investigate, track and resolve customer concerns; identify trends and recommend solutions
