    Job Details

    Ashley Regional Medical Center is a Joint Commission Accredited 39-bed hospital located in Vernal, Utah.

    The Emergency Room treats over 14,000 patients a year and is staffed 24-hours a day with a dedicated emergency room physician.

    Ashley Regional is a designated Level IV Trauma Center, Stroke Receiving Facility by the Utah State Department of Health, Chest Pain Accredited, and holds a 5-star CMS rating.

    Job Requirements

    Required Certifications:
    Pharm D, State of Utah license

    Years of Experience:
    Greater than 2 years in specialty
    Must have skills/experience in Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Trauma, Inpatient General, Pediatrics, NICU, OB

    Preferred skillset:
    Ambulatory care, Surgery


    Required Education:
    Pharm D


    Licenses:
    Licensed Pharmacist (LP)
