- Provide clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention services, primary process groups, psychoeducation presentations, and experiential learning groups for clients and families.
- Oversee residential facilities.
- Offer clinical consultation for clients and their families and referents upon request.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical discharge summaries.
- Collaborate closely with clinical case managers and family therapists to provide comprehensive client care.
- Master's or Ph.D. in counseling, social work, psychology, or other counseling-related field required.
- LPC, LCSW, or LMFT and clinical qualifications or intern status licensure required.
- Three (3) years' experience in social work or related field.
- Experience dealing with addictions and/or mental health.
- Proficiency in utilizing various interventions including DBT, CBT, Family Systems.
- Demonstrate understanding of a variety of models and theories of addiction, mental illness, and related issues.
- Familiarity with philosophies, practices, policies, and outcomes of models of treatment, recovery, relapse prevention, and continuing care for dually diagnosed populations.
- Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and ability to conceptualize modalities and placement criteria within the continuum of care.
- Demonstrate an understanding of diverse cultures and gender-specific issues, incorporating the needs of gender and culturally diverse groups into the practice setting.
- Strong organizational skills, including workload prioritization and independent work capability.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience or training in Therapies preferred.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is mandatory for this position, to be obtained within the state-mandated timeframe after the first day of employment if not certified at the time of hire.
