Company Description

Vert Ventures is a mobile app development studio with over 3 million downloads across our products. We are a young startup, with team members from Berkeley, Stanford, Princeton, and some dropouts. We build great products and then make them viral on social media.

Role Description

This is a full-time summer 2024 internship role for a UI/UX Design Intern at Vert Ventures. As a UI/UX Design Intern, you will participate in the full development cycle of a mobile application. Responsibilities for this role span from prototyping UX, to finalizing polished designs, to working with our engineering team to bring a vision to fruition. Because we are such a small team, you will have the opportunity to take on lots of responsibility and be involved with many different projects. This will be different from an internship at a larger company where you might spend the summer designing one button.

This is a hybrid role with options to work in person in our NYC office or remotely.

Qualifications

Portfolio of previous UI/UX Design

Experience with Figma

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Growth Opportunities

This internship has the potential to turn into a full-time role.

Compensation

This position is paid hourly at a rate of $15-$30 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
