- Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as one of the company's main representatives in discussions with program teams, technical review panels, customers, and suppliers, ensuring our engineering solutions align with broader goals and requirements.
- Standards and Processes: Uphold the highest engineering standards and processes, contributing to design reviews, certification efforts, and meeting project timelines and budgets.
- Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams across the organization to integrate flight sciences principles into the overall aircraft design and manufacturing process.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the aerospace industry within an aircraft or OEM environment, with substantial leadership experience in engineering, particularly through the design, development, and certification lifecycle of EASA/FAA Part 25 aircraft.
- Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of flight sciences disciplines, with significant experience in the conceptual and preliminary design of regional aircraft. Experience with FAA/EASA Part 21 is desired.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, with a track record of hiring and organizing a successful team.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Education: Advanced degree in aerospace, aeronautical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in an aerospace start-up or with (electric) aircraft development is highly valued.
- A strong passion for innovation in aviation and a commitment to advancing sustainable transport solutions.

Job Summary:
