    We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in Workday HRIS to lead our HR Information Systems team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our Workday platform to support our the People & Culture function.

    Lead and manage the Workday HRIS team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive Workday strategy aligned with organizational goals and HR initiatives.

    Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure effective integration of Workday with other systems.

    Oversee the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday modules, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    Manage Workday system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities, collaborating with vendors and internal IT teams.
    Analyze HRIS processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize system efficiency.
    Provide leadership in developing and maintaining HR analytics and reporting capabilities within Workday.
    Stay informed about industry trends, Workday updates, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
    Conduct regular training sessions for HR and end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
    Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data governance standards.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; Extensive experience (5+ years) in managing Workday HRIS, including implementation, configuration, and support.

    Workday certification(s) preferred.
    Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
