- Performs work requiring independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation or modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

- Architectural degree from an accredited School of Architecture, or Drafting Certificate from a technical school plus a few years' experience
- We are particularly interested in someone with a strong residential background.
- Experience developing plans, elevations, and details for custom residencesâ€"not just copying standard details from a CAD library and assembling them into a permit set.
- Must be highly proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (including Photoshop and InDesign)
- Excellent graphic and presentation skills as well as communication and organization skills
- Must be capable of self-directed work as well as team interaction.
- Must be highly motivated with good communication skills (we know everyone says this, but we mean it.)
- Experience working in a professional setting.
- The ideal team member should possess common sense with a good sense of humor and bowling skills

Architect Intern Position:
We are seeking a full-time architectural intern, draftsman, or recently registered architect, to join our team. We are hoping for an applicant with a minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience. Applicants will assist project managers from early schematics through final construction documents. You will gain full exposure to all aspects of project deliveryfrom marketing and business development, through construction monitoring. We are particularly interested in someone with a strong residential background.
