    The Human Bean is looking for a Lead Barista/Shift Lead

    Qualified Lead Barista/Shift Lead must have:
    • The ability to provide prompt courteous service
    • Prepare quality beverages
    • Assure the customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
    • This not a summer/seasonal opportunity

    Requirements
    • Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
    • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
    • An outgoing personality with good verbal communications and basic math skills
    • The ability to function as a contributing and accountable team member
    • Must be able to motivate and encourage employees by creating a positive, fun environment
    • Must have previous Barista experience or be willing to train as a barista for 3 months.
    • Previous shift lead experience required.
    • When applying please be aware of your availability and the number of hours you are requesting to workIf your availability and hours requester can't fit into a 5 day work week we will reject your application.
    • Able to work afternoon shift beginning at 11:00am, 12:00pm or 2:30pm, ending at 7:30
