    As a Strategic Development Specialist at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers Headquarters, you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging your project management expertise to champion various strategic initiatives, maintaining exceptional vendor relationships, and optimizing operational standards. Acting as the primary liaison between FYZICAL and its vendors, you'll ensure seamless communication, efficiency, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Strategic Development, you'll tackle strategic initiatives, execute day-to-day operations, and strategically enhance our vendor relations program for sustained success.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, maintaining positive and productive relationships


    • Scout for new vendor prospects to expand our network and offerings to franchisees and company clinics


    • Evaluate and manage vendor performance, analyzing metrics to ensure quality and efficiency


    • Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements


    • Facilitate the coordination of vendor contracts and streamline new vendor onboarding processes


    • Maintain tight collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion


    • Proficiently communicate project updates and address inquiries from both internal teams and external vendors


    • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project success


    • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities, milestones, and deliverables


    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs


    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals


    • Responsible for driving the entire lifecycle of a defined number of priority innovation projects from justification and scoping to planning, through implementation and completion


    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to optimize project execution


    • Collaborate with project team(s) to define project requirements, scope, potential risks and mitigations, and necessary capital investments. Ensure the identified requirements are well-documented and updated consistently to reflect changes as the project progresses.


    • Accountable for comprehensive project plans that include detailed timelines, key milestones, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure the successful delivery of project scopes.


    • Encourage creativity and innovation by questioning traditional working methods, thinking, and decision making.


    • Resolve issues and disputes with vendors in a timely and professional manner

    QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field

    Project management skills preferred

    Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

    Strong negotiation and contract management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

    EXPECTED WORK HOURS

    Onsite - Monday through Friday, 8.00 am-5.00pm. Some night and weekend work may be required.
