GL Staffing is looking for candidates the position of a Contruction Superintendent who is responsible for checking, monitors, and audits the quality of products and processes in the organization, Located inBig Cypress area.

Opportunity Type - Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
• Proficiency in construction software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Prolog, etc.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Experience with quality control processes and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to estimate construction costs accurately
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: From $80,000 to $100,000.00 per year
