    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • As an Inventory Specialist, candidates will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory transactions within our warehouse operations.
    • Documenting and meticulously accounting for all material transactions occurring within the warehouse facility.
    • Conducting precise counting and documentation of material received at the plant from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
    • Collaborating with warehouse staff to verify and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained.
    • Identifying opportunities to streamline inventory processes and improve efficiency while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
    • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on inventory status and addressing any concerns or issues as they arise.

    Education and Requirement:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Special Skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel is essential for this role, as candidates will be required to utilize spreadsheet functions to manage and analyze inventory data.
    • Experience with SAP is considered a plus, though not mandatory.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are critical to excel in this position.
