- Establishes policies, procedures, and practices that are consistent with industry, community, academic and regulatory agency standards that promote safe patient care and adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals.
- Is responsible for the supervision of all staff within the CCESL.
- Represents Cardiology and acts as a liaison with other services/sections and disciplines.

Summary
The Registered Nurse - Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of care for specialized invasive cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, in the Cardiac Catheterization / Electrophysiology Lab, that assist in the diagnosis, management, and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

The Cardiac Cath/EP Structural Heart Lab (CCESL) Nurse Manager will manage daily operations, departmental budgets, quality assurance, performance improvement initiatives, and the hiring, training, and evaluating of all staff.
