Agile Coach - Contract / CTP -Raleigh, NC/ Hybrid - $ $75.00/hr.
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an Agile Coach in Raleigh, NC/ Hybrid.
Role Description
•Working collaboratively with SECU development teams and Program Managers to enable delivery of the team's mission through well-executed sprints.
•Accelerating overall team performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging within and across teams to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and providing coaching, training, and resources
•Maintaining and updating team performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the team members and transparency to other partners within the organization.
•Managing, coordinating logistics for, and participating in agile events (e.g., backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings, retrospectives and as appropriate, scrum of scrum masters)
•Supporting adoption, and consistent use of enabling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, etc)
•Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
•Help the Development Team to create and maintain the Product Backlog
•Monitor progress against the Goal and ensure that the team is working towards it
•Assist the team with removing any impediments that are preventing them from achieving their goals Educate the team on Agile principles and practices
Skills & Requirements
•Bachelors degree in Computer Related field; no experience OR an Associates degree and light field work; OR (last resort) No Degree but more experience in field work such as incident management/monitoring;
•If they have some experience, it would be desired to have some previous monitoring, diagnosing, managing centralized networks; someone that has previous exp detecting network and security problems before they impact the campus;
•Work ethic- they need people that can hit the ground running, someone that can learn after being told a few times what to do
•Timely: this person HAS to arrive on time. In all the years this team has been running, no one misses their shift(s)
•Positive attitude; dependable, communicative.
